We at Brand Master Academy want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Brand Master Secrets and any of our other products. If you have any questions or problems, please let us know by contacting our support team directly.

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact our support team at [email protected] and let us know why you don’t believe Brand Master Secrets is right for you.

We will review it and if there is an issue we can resolve with will attempt to do so. If there is no issue other than you not getting the value you expected or we cannot resolve any issue you have, we’ll issue you a prompt FULL refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request by the 30th day following your purchase.

No refunds will be provided more than 30 days following the date of purchase. If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund by the end of the 30th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

Refunds are given only when requested by email, by a student who has purchased the course less than 30 days prior and has completed less than 30% of the course. If you have completed more or if you have downloaded the course material and tools (Toolbox or Playbook), we reserve the right to deny a refund.

The purpose of this policy is to give students the chance to experience the quality of the content, and if it doesn’t match their expectations, they can receive a refund. It wasn’t designed to enable people to enjoy the training material without cost.

All discounted purchases are non-refundable.
